Using the bow easy

The other day i was trying to make a bow, but i couldn't for the life of me remember how i was shown to do this, now i don't have a bow easy i do plan on buying one in the near future but haven't done so as yet, so all i really had was my hands and my trusty friend the internet which i always turn to when i am not sure how to do something, google is very handy. This is what i found, this video on you tube that demonstrates how to use the bow easy so thought i would share it with all of you, good luck and have fun making your bows.

My Creative Space

In my creative space this week i have been working on a couple of different projects. I have been able to work on these at my new craft table which i bought last saturday. It is great although i haven't found a permanent home for it yet, it is in the middle of the living room floor at the moment, but no more taking up room on the kitchen table, i now have my very own space. This week i managed to complete a tapestry i have been working on it has taken a couple of years seeing as i work on lots of different things all at once, but i finally got there and it is now finished you can see the final product below

The other project i have been working on this week or at least attempted is a crescendo necklace by judith skinner, this idea came from the book the art of jewelry polymer clay. The first time i attempted this it went completely wrong and it ended up in the bin because the sandpaper got stuck to the clay i couldn't get it off so there was nothing i could do with it, i wasted to blocks of clay, but that is the joys of experimenting i suppose, things don't always work out the first time you try. The necklace is not finished yet, will upload more photos of the final product later
